Process_Description:

RFC boundaries were extracted from the IHABBS basin polygons and merged together to produce the final dividing lines between adjacent RFCs. The NOHRSC coverages of the US outline (usbdy) and rivers (us_rivers) were used to define the shoreline limit of the coastal RFCs and the southern limit of those RFCs bordering Mexico.
